The USA has an agreement with most countries whereby the driver's full national driving licence may be used for a period of up to one year in the USA (provisional licences are not acceptable). Whatever your age, most companies ask that you have held a full licence for at least one year. The minimum age for hiring a car is normally 21, although it can sometimes be as high as 25. Additional charges may apply for drivers under 25 years of age.
Yes, parking is available at all 4 Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
Disney Resort Guests receive complimentary parking at Disney Theme Parks for the length of their resort stay, with valid resort identification.
If you are not a Disney Resort Guest, parking is not complimentary. Once you pay for the day, you may park at any of the Theme Parks.

If you have booked a flight-inclusive package, this will include return flights to either Orlando International Airport (just over 30 minutes away from Walt Disney World) or Tampa International Airport (just over an hour away).
If you choose to purchase your flights separately, many airlines also offer direct and indirect flights to Orlando Sanford International Airport (just over 45 minutes away), Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (both under 4 hours away).
