FAQs

How will I receive my tickets?
To make it easier for you to redeem your tickets, Disney will share your booking reference, arrival date and email address with Cirque du Soleil, who will contact you approximately 6 weeks before travel with details of how to book your tickets.

Can I upgrade my tickets or purchase additional tickets?
Tickets are redeemed via the Cirque du Soleil website, where you'll have the option to upgrade to a higher seating category and purchase any additional tickets you require. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Children aged 2 and under are free provided they sit on their parent's lap.

Do I need to go to a specific performance with the tickets?
The tickets are valid for any Drawn to Life performance of your choice, subject to availability.

Where is the theatre located?
The Drawn to Life theatre is conveniently located at Disney Springs. A complimentary bus service is available between Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs during its opening hours. Complimentary self-parking is also available and it is recommended to arrive 60 minutes before the scheduled performance.

How long is the performance for?
Drawn to Life lasts for 90 minutes, with no intermission.
