Why has my hotel room name changed?

In order to simplify and improve our Guests' experience when booking with us, we are reorganising some of our resort categories. You may notice your upcoming resort category has been renamed as part of this work. Please rest assured, you will still receive the exact room type you originally booked.


I am having problems booking online. Who do I contact?

If you are having problems booking online please call our Disney Experts freephone on 1800 812 676* or assistance.

Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.


I want to amend my booking. How do I do this?

The lead passenger can make changes to their reservation(s) by calling our Disney Experts freephone on 1800 812 676*, quoting the booking reference. You will be advised of any amendment charges. An updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made by clicking on the Manage My Booking link below.

I want to cancel my booking. How do I do this?

The lead passenger on your booking will need to notify us of the cancellation in an email, quoting the booking reference and the reasons for cancelling, if possible. You can send us these details to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com.

If you are travelling imminently, please add 'Urgent' to the subject line of your email, so that we can prioritise your request.

We cannot accept any cancellations over the phone. You will then be invoiced for any outstanding monies or refunded any monies owing. For all other bookings, please call our Disney Experts freephone on 0800 16 90 730*.


Can I book more than one room per reservation?

We are currently unable to book multiple rooms under one reference and you would need to make separate reservations if you require more than one room. This is easy to do online, by making the additional bookings you need.


Will I be charged if I need to call the Disney Experts at the call centre?

No, you will not be charged. Please feel free to contact our Disney Experts freephone on 1800 812 676*.


If I only need a hotel for part of my trip, can I book flights that are flexible around my Disney reservation?

Walt Disney Travel Company gives you greater flexibility for your reservation. If you have other plans in Orlando outside of your Disney holiday and would like to book your flights with us, we're happy to help you.

Can I book a flight-only reservation?

No. Flights must be booked as part of a Disney package.


Why do I need to call to book my room?

For selected rooms at some of our Disney Resort hotels, availability is limited. Call our Disney Experts freephone on 1800 812 676* to arrange your holiday.


I have just returned from my holiday and would like to submit a complaint. How do I do this?
