(a) If after we have issued your Con rmation Invoice you you you wish to to to make an an an an Amendment to to to your your Booking in in any way (other than a a a a a a a a a a transfer to to to another person as as per per Section 8) the the the Lead Name must make a a a a a a a a a written request to us us at least 14 days before departure quoting your booking reference This should be be sent in in in in in writing to Walt Disney Travel Company 3 Queen Caroline Street London W6 9PE or by email to: disneytraveluk@ disneyonline com quoting your booking reference Any Amendment Amendment will be subject to availability and and costs and and an an an an Amendment Amendment fee will will also be charged Before we we accept any Amendment we we shall advise the the the Lead Name if there are any further charges charges to be be paid paid These charges charges shall be be paid paid on on on con rmation of the the the amended Booking Booking No changes are allowed from a a a a a a a a full price Booking Booking to a a a a a a a a special or other promotional offer (b) The following terms and exceptions will apply to to any requested Amendment to your Booking:
If a a a a a a a a a Booking is changed the the price price payable at at time of original booking will be the the the the price price applicable at at the the the the time the the the the change is made except for ticket-only bookings where the the the the ticket ticket price prevailing at at the the date of amendment will apply In the the event the the value of your Booking (excluding Holidays which include ights) increases as as a a a a a a a consequence of any Amendment to that Booking the the amendment fee will be be waived Please note that changes made to the the number of persons in Note 2–plus any additional cost or or fees which our third party partners or or carriers may impose 10 IF YOU
