What is the new program being offered at Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels?

Guests staying at one of our 26 Disney Resort Hotels are immersed in all that a Disney Resort has to offer, including unique theming, legendary service and complimentary benefits including Disney’s Magical Express, onsite transportation, MagicBands, Extra Magic Hours and early access to Disney FastPass+ selections.

New for 2018, we have expanded some of these magical benefits to eight of our Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels located at Walt Disney World Resort. Guests at these selected Hotels will be able to benefit from:

• Extended Theme Park Hours – with Extra Magic Hours, each day one of the Disney Theme Parks is open an hour early or stays open up to two hours later, so you’ll be able to enjoy selected attractions for longer.
• Disney FastPass+ Planning – Guests can get early access to reserve some Disney FastPass+ attractions, shows and more – up to 60 days before arrival!


Which Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels are participating in this new program?

The participating Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels are: B Resort & Spa Lake Buena Vista, Best Western Lake Buena Vista, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Holiday Inn Orlando, Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista. These hotels are all conveniently located within the Disney Springs Resort Area.


How can I take advantage of/be eligible for these new benefits at participating Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels?

Walt Disney Travel Company UK & Ireland guests can take advantage of these exclusive benefits by booking a Hotel & Ticket package in any of the participating Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels.


Why is Walt Disney World Resort offering these new benefits?

The benefits of staying at a Disney Resort Hotel are a key part of what makes a holiday to Walt Disney World Resort truly magical. In order to deliver this unforgettable experience to even more Guests, we are extending both 60-day access to Disney FastPass+ selections and Extra Magic Hours to those staying in the participating hotels located in the Disney Springs Resort Area.


What is the difference between staying in a Disney Resort Hotel or a participating Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotel?

Guests staying at one of our 26 Disney Resort Hotels are immersed in all that a Disney Resort has to offer, including unique theming, legendary service, and complimentary benefits including Disney’s Magical Express, onsite transportation, MagicBands, Extra Magic Hours and early access to Disney FastPass+ planning.

Guest staying in one of our participating Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels will be able to get early access to reserve Disney FastPass+ attractions, shows and more up to 60-days before arrival. What’s more, guests will be able to enjoy Extra Magic Hours in our Theme Parks.


Will I receive MagicBands at these participating hotels?

Guests will not receive MagicBands at the Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels. However, if you are a returning Guest with a MagicBand and have a valid Theme Park admission connected to your My Disney Experience account, you may use your MagicBand to enter the Theme Parks for Extra Magic Hours, provided you also connect your participating hotel reservation number to your My Disney Experience account. You can also use your linked MagicBand for FastPass+ in the Theme Parks.

Guests can choose to purchase MagicBands at select Walt Disney World shops and link these to their Disney account. Guests staying at Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels will receive a Card in exchange for their ticket when they visit a Guest Relations window at one of the Park entrances with their ticket order.


How do I access the parks for Extra Magic Hours?

An Extra Magic Hours voucher will be issued at check-in to each person listed on your reservation. The voucher is a uniquely numbered card and must be presented, along with valid Theme Park admission, at the Theme Park entrance in order for you to use Extra Magic Hours. The voucher is valid for the duration of your participating Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotel reservation and is not transferable.


Will these new benefits at Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotels include Disney’s Magical Express and onsite transportation?

Unfortunately, Guests will not be able to benefit from Disney’s Magical Express or onsite resort transportation. Please check with your Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotel for any alternative transportation options.


How do I link my tickets to my Disney Springs® Resort Area Hotel reservation?

3 working days after making your booking, call our Disney Experts on 1800 812 676 to retrieve your unique reference number so that you can link your tickets to your resort stay in My Disney Experience.


How do I collect my tickets?

You will receive an email with a voucher to collect your tickets in the same week that you receive your travel documents by post, 14 days prior to travel. Upon arrival in Orlando, bring your ticket voucher to a guest relations window at one of the Theme Park entrances and this will be exchanged for your tickets.
